There’s something incredibly satisfying about taking raw footage and transforming it into a polished final product through meticulous editing. With every new project, I’m fueled by a personal desire to expand my skillset, improve my abilities, and deliver high-quality work that exceeds expectations.
I’m always eager to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in the field of video editing. By incorporating innovative tools and practices into my workflow, I’m able to constantly enhance the quality of my work and create work that truly shines.
Video editing is more than just for a job for me – it’s a passion. I’m thrilled whenever I get the opportunity to continue growing and refining my skills in this dynamic and rewarding field. Few things make me happier than taking untouched footage and with a well placed edit turn the raw materials into something entirely different! Bringing all the elements of the production together on the timeline and making them function in the edit is a real joy. With each project I get involved in I continue to expand my post-production knowledge, improve my already well-honed abilities, finesse my skills and overall just find a great deal of enjoyment in the process.
I’m an expert in and have a personal preference for Adobe Premiere Pro but I began my editing career on Final Cut Pro so I know the program and I am currently developing my knowledge of AVID and DaVinci Resolve. I’m a quick study and if there’s a new program, skill or technique I need to learn for a job I can and will learn it and do so quickly.
